The Ewing Family
The Dr. and Mrs. Donald Ewing Family moved to Tucson in 1960. Not long after, in 1962, they became members of St. Joseph Catholic Church. All four of the Ewing children, Brian, Lezlie, Paul, and Lynn, attended St. Joseph Catholic School. Each then attended Salpointe Catholic High School. In 1978, during his Junior year, Paul tragically died in a hiking accident.
During the years the Ewing children attended St. Joseph Catholic School, their parents spent many hours working as volunteers in support of the school and church. Their support and commitment to Catholic education has continued long after their own children graduated from the school. It is not uncommon to see Dr. and Mrs. Ewing volunteering even today.
For their continued support of Catholic Education, the St. Joseph Catholic School Education Foundation and Home and School Association proudly honor Dr. and Mrs. Ewing, their children Brian, Lezlie, and Lynn, and the memory of their son, Paul.
